論綠色貿(mào)易壁壘的法律問題研究
摘 要
綠色貿(mào)易壁壘是國際市場準(zhǔn)入限制的1種國際貿(mào)易管制措施，它對包括我國在內(nèi)的發(fā)展中國家的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入國際市場構(gòu)成障礙。本文通過對綠色貿(mào)易壁壘的基本概念進(jìn)行剖析，系統(tǒng)分析了綠色貿(mào)易壁壘的雙重性特點(diǎn)及綠色貿(mào)易壁壘的表現(xiàn)形式，從積極和消極兩個方面評價(jià)綠色貿(mào)易壁壘對我國對外貿(mào)易的影響，并針對綠色貿(mào)易壁壘對我國的消極影響，給出應(yīng)對措施。

ABSTRACT
Great differences exist in environment standards of countries which resulted in the appearance of green trade barriers as trade protection. It easily constitutes a barrier to market access. As a result ，green barrier has more negative effects on developing countries which including China. This study classified the connotations and characteristics of green trade barrier, gave the descriptions on the experience ways of green trade barrier, analyzed the influences on Chinas export and put forward some countermeasures which aimed at stimulating the development of our foreign trade.
