民事訴訟簡易程序之思考
摘 要
民事訴訟簡易程序是1種簡便程序，它在我國民事第1審程序中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。然而，在司法實踐過程中，簡易程序在其立法、適用范圍等方面都存在諸多的問題，使得簡易程序的積極作用得不到充分的發(fā)揮。本文對簡易程序存在的若干問題作了較為全面的闡述和分析，并針對這些問題提出了1些完善建議。

Abstract
The summary proceeding plays an inportant role in the first instance of civil proceedings. However, when it is taken into practice, there are lots of problems in terms of making laws or scope of application and so on. Thus, the summary proceeding dose not work out its postive usage. This thesis is a definite analysis on these problems and points out some suggestions.
