論國(guó)有企業(yè)法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)的主要障礙和完善

摘要：完善公司法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。目前，我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度已取得了明顯的進(jìn)展，但仍有不少企業(yè)的法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)不健全、不完善，影響了企業(yè)的有效運(yùn)作和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的進(jìn)步，完善公司法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)，需要從推進(jìn)股權(quán)多元化，改革國(guó)有資產(chǎn)治理體制，改進(jìn)企業(yè)外部治理機(jī)制等方面來(lái)進(jìn)行。

Abstract:The perfect company legal people govern the structure are the modern enterprise system key links.At present,Our country State?owned Enterprise established the modern enterprise system to make the distinct progress,but still had many enterprise?s legal people to govern the structure not perfect,is imperfect,has affected enterprise?s effective operation and the economic efficiency enhancement,the perfect company legal people governed the structure,needed from the advancement stockholder?s rights multiplication,the reform state asset management system,aspects and so on improvement enterprise exterior government mechanism to carry on.
