探析項目治理對企業(yè)高速發(fā)展的促進
摘要：項目治理模式對項目成功地實施所起的作用已被越來越多的人所承認(rèn)，并逐漸成為人們的共叫，而企業(yè)的發(fā)展必須依托于項目。本文從分析企業(yè)核心競爭力的內(nèi)涵出發(fā)，說明通過項目模式，運用項目治理的方法和技術(shù)來進行企業(yè)資源的整合及最佳配置，能夠提升企業(yè)績效，促進企業(yè)快速發(fā)展。面對各種挑戰(zhàn)，項目治理只有不斷的完善和創(chuàng)新，才能更好地適應(yīng)企業(yè)的需要。關(guān)鍵詞：項目治理促進企業(yè)發(fā)展
Abstract:The project management pattern successfully implements the role to the project which plays by more and more many people to acknowledge that,and becomes people?s mutual recognition gradually,but enterprise?s development must depend on in the project.This article embarks from the analysis enterprise core competitive power connotation,showed through the project pattern,carries on the enterprise resources using the project management method and the technology the conformity and the best disposition,can promote the enterprise achievements,the promotion enterprise fast development.Facing each kind of challenge,the project management only then the unceasing consummation and the innovation,can meet enterprise?s need well.
