摘要：本文對周期結(jié)構(gòu)中的電子在磁場作用下的運動規(guī)律做了1些分析。首先是介紹了關(guān)于周期結(jié)構(gòu)中電子運動的1些基本概念和基本理論，接著利用有效質(zhì)量包絡函數(shù)方程討論了理想晶體中的電子在磁場作用下的運動規(guī)律和理想超晶格中電子在磁場作用下的運動規(guī)律，最后采用有效壘高的方法討論了在磁場作用下，含缺陷超晶格中局域電子態(tài)的性質(zhì)。

The character of motion of electron in periodic structure under magnetic field
Abstract: The character of motion of electron in periodic structure under magnetic field is analyzed in the article. Firstly, some basic concepts and the elementary theory of the movement of electron in the periodic structure are introduced. Then, the character of motion of electron in the ideal crystal under magnetic field is discussed. Used the effective mass envelope functional equation, the character of motion of electron in the ideal superlattice under magnetic field is disused. Finally, Using effective barrier-height methods to discuss the character of the bureau region electron state in the superlattice contained a defect tier under magnetic field.
