基于UG的電話機(jī)機(jī)座上蓋－－塑料模具設(shè)計(jì)與仿真分析
摘 要：隨著CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)在模具行業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用，傳統(tǒng)的模具設(shè)計(jì)、制造方法已經(jīng)逐漸被取代。本文全面的寫(xiě)到了用UG進(jìn)行電話機(jī)機(jī)座的注射模具設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程，重點(diǎn)介紹了CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)在注射模具中應(yīng)用。在了解電話機(jī)機(jī)座造型特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，利用專業(yè)軟件UG對(duì)其進(jìn)行3維建模，再生成2維工程圖。然后利用UG里的MoldWizard模塊進(jìn)行注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)，在模具設(shè)計(jì)基本完成之后，通過(guò)Moldflow進(jìn)行注塑成型流動(dòng)分析，可以發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)中存在的缺陷，優(yōu)化模具設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，從而保證模具設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。最后利用UG對(duì)模具型腔進(jìn)行模擬加工，自動(dòng)生成加工程序并進(jìn)行后置處理。

Abstract: Along with the CAD/CAE/CAM technology in the moldprofession widespread application, the traditional mold design, themanufacture method gradually is already substituted. This articlecomprehensive wrote has carried on the telephone in the buttons injection molding design process with UG, introduced with emphasis the CAD/CAE/CAM technology in injection molding to apply. In understood thetelephone in the buttons modelling characteristic in the foundation, use specialized software UG carries on the three dimensional modelling toit, again produces the two-dimensional engineering plat. Then uses the MoldWizard module of UG to carry on injection molding design, basically completes after the mold design, carries on through Moldflow caststakes shape the flow analysis, may discover in the design exists theflaw, optimizes the mold design of structure, thus guaranteed the mold designs rationality. Finally carries on the simulation processing using UG to the mold cavity, automatically produces the processing procedure and carries on postpositioned processing.
