應(yīng)用管理員崗位職責

　　職責描述:

　　function as advanced helpdesk support for applications managed by job position once level 1 it helpdesk has triaged ticket.

　　support of mathworks, vector, ptc, doors and rectify infrastructure at local site

　　install software applications or use sccm to distribute software

　　manage infrastructure, enhancements, software upgrades, data security, interfaces, work with other tool champions

　　maintain user accounts and licenses involved with these tools at the site

　　work with it on infrastructure support of servers and client setup.

　　maintain alliance and collaborate with veoneer it on vision and roadmap of technology.

　　maintain close relationship with other tool champions.

　　other tasks assigned by it supervisor.

　　任職要求

　　level (diploma) required:

　　bachelor’s degree in computer science or electronic technology.

　　experience:

　　solid hand-on experience in infrastructure area is a must

　　3+ years’ working and 1+ years on similar position,

　　knowledge of engineering processes related to product management

　　technical skills required:

　　network;nas, san, nfts & nfs permission knowledge is required.

　　windows server / office; active directory

　　good knowledge of veoneer engineering tools – vector, mathworks, doors, reqtify, and ptc im

　　skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

　　project management skills (pmi certification) is preferred.

　　positive attitude.

　　good communications skill and interpersonal skills.

　　languages:

　　excellent written and verbal english language skills is must.
