I have been working with XX since Aug.2003, at the beginning I was working as a technician and then promoted To be a team leader the next year. In Jan.2007 I was promoted to be an assistant supervisor, I thighk for me,it was a recognition and encouragement to my job .
In the meantime I was working hard and provided good ideas to reduce the build time and enhance the reliability of products.I solved a lot of intractable issues , especially on the earlier production of XX in China.
Besides my routine, I have been providing great amount of supports on site and via phone to FE’s and customers, which helped me to understand and practise the course of service. On the other hand,I showed my professional skill in customer service,good attitude and communication skills, which I think were the basic requirements what a service person should have.
I have good experience in troubleshooting, especially in the electric field.
I’m familiar with AA in building and troubleshooting, and I have basic knowledge and operating experience in platform machine. although I’m now not good at BB service, I believe I can master it without too much time through product training and with my effort, as I’m a quick learner and I’m aggressive .
