托福聽(tīng)力題目的類型是固定的，但是其中涉及到的錄音的內(nèi)容卻是不一樣的，但是即使如此，根據(jù)歷年托福聽(tīng)力機(jī)經(jīng)的內(nèi)容，考生也不難發(fā)現(xiàn)托福聽(tīng)力中存在一些“萬(wàn)能公式”，了解這些內(nèi)容可以幫助考生更好的預(yù)測(cè)出題點(diǎn)和找到得分點(diǎn)，一起來(lái)看看吧。
A.當(dāng)兩個(gè)人談到吵或者安靜時(shí)，最后得出的結(jié)論總是：宿舍里讀書(shū)很吵，應(yīng)該去圖書(shū)館。而不會(huì)說(shuō)搬到別的宿舍。
B.當(dāng)對(duì)話內(nèi)容涉及演出(音樂(lè)會(huì)或者電影)或者展覽時(shí)，最后肯定說(shuō)它非常好。即使他(她)不會(huì)欣賞這些展覽或者演出，也會(huì)虛偽地說(shuō)“It makes more sense next time”。
C.當(dāng)談到住在校園里還是住在校外時(shí)，答案肯定是住在校園。
D.當(dāng)談到某門(mén)課老師講的如何時(shí)，回答肯定與“boring”相似;而當(dāng)談到課難不難時(shí)，肯定說(shuō)難。
E.對(duì)話談到作業(yè)時(shí)，肯定都說(shuō)作業(yè)很多，而且很難。
另外，在聽(tīng)力的校園情景對(duì)話部分，語(yǔ)氣題在對(duì)話中出現(xiàn)的頻率很高。而且當(dāng)?shù)诙䝼�(gè)人的說(shuō)話內(nèi)容聽(tīng)不清楚時(shí)，用其說(shuō)話的多少來(lái)判斷其態(tài)度是否定或肯定，如果是簡(jiǎn)短的一個(gè)句子，那是肯定語(yǔ)氣，如you can say that again。如果是兩個(gè)句子或更長(zhǎng)通常是否定語(yǔ)氣。
很明顯，語(yǔ)氣只有正中負(fù)之分。如果你考試之前知道了這個(gè)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果，即使在考試時(shí)你沒(méi)有完全聽(tīng)懂對(duì)話的內(nèi)容，你也能得出正確的答案。雖然我們不能證明這些“規(guī)律”，但是對(duì)于歷年的考題卻從不例外。當(dāng)然，如果你對(duì)自己的聽(tīng)力水平評(píng)價(jià)很高的話，你可以不冒這個(gè)險(xiǎn)。但是，至少它是一個(gè)替代的方案。
