　　Out-of-class Activities

　　My schoolencourages students to take part in out-of-class activities. After a busy day,it can help us to relax and build a healthy body. We usually take part inout-of-class activities on the playground. Some students play basketball,football and badminton. Some play Ping-Pong or swim. Besides, some studentsread books in the library. They think reading is also a good way to relax. As forme, I like running and reading.

　　我的學(xué)校鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生參加課外活動(dòng)。忙碌了一天，它能夠幫助我們放松和鍛煉身體。我經(jīng)常在操場(chǎng)上進(jìn)行課外活動(dòng)。有些同學(xué)喜歡籃球，足球和羽毛球。有些同學(xué)喜歡乒乓球或游泳。除此之外，有的同學(xué)喜歡到圖書(shū)館看書(shū)，他們認(rèn)為閱讀也是放松的好方式。對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)，我喜歡跑步和閱讀。
