　　1. 新托福聽力中己沒有了短對話，取而代之的是兩篇對話(CONVERSATIONS)和四篇課堂講課(LECTURES)。

　　2. 無論是CONVERSATIONS還是LECTURES，篇幅都增長了許多，每篇均四到六分鐘，字數(shù)大約六百左右。

　　3. 新托福的聽力中會出現(xiàn)一位教授與多位學(xué)生對話的情形，更加真實地模擬了大學(xué)課堂中的情形。但同時也增大了應(yīng)試者分辯角色的難度。
